2. Use of the App

StopSugar is intended to help users track and improve their habits related to sugar consumption. The app is designed as a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. It should not be used to diagnose or treat any health condition.

3. Subscription and Payments

Access to StopSugar's premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices are subject to change, and any price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store's policies.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the application. All tracking data including mood, check-ins, progress, and preferences is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to it. You are responsible for backing up your data as needed.

5. Health Disclaimer

StopSugar is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, dietary changes, or health concerns.

We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on the app's features or content.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backing up your data regularly (data is stored locally)
• Ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Using the app in a responsible manner consistent with its intended purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding health outcomes or the effectiveness of the app for any particular purpose.
